Pros: The best part about Quantum Coffee is definitely the people. My coworkers are great, really supportive, and we have a strong sense of teamwork. I've picked up a lot of new skills in specialty coffee and customer engagement, which has been really rewarding. The atmosphere is generally relaxed and friendly, making it a pleasant place to spend my shifts.
Cons: During busy weekend rushes or popular morning hours, it can feel pretty overwhelming with just a few people on staff. Sometimes, communication about schedule changes or new procedures could be a bit clearer. While the pay is decent for the industry, it doesn't always reflect the demanding pace when we're short-staffed.
Advice to Management: Consider adding more staff during peak hours to alleviate pressure on the team and improve the customer experience. Also, look into more consistent communication channels for updates and feedback.
