Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as an AI/ML Engineer. The work in artificial intelligence is genuinely exciting, and I'm constantly learning new things, which is great for career growth. My colleagues are super supportive, always ready to help out or brainstorm. We have pretty good work flexibility too, which really helps with work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes the pace can be pretty fast, especially when we're hitting a deadline, so it can get a bit hectic. Also, I think there's room to improve some internal communication flows, especially between different project teams. It's nothing major, but a bit more clarity would be helpful.

Pros: You learn a lot in this fast-paced AI startup environment. There's good access to senior engineers for technical guidance. Plus, the hybrid work model from our San Francisco office is pretty solid for individual contributors.
Cons: Leadership is inconsistent. Strategic direction changes often, which makes planning tough for us Machine Learning Engineer roles. Communication from the top down could be way better, it feels like we're always guessing.
Advice to Management: Work on a clearer vision and communicate changes better to the whole team. Empower team leads more and trust their decisions. Stop with the constant pivots.
