Pros: The best part of EzyCode was definitely the people I worked with. The engineering teams fostered a strong sense of camaraderie and were always willing to help out, making it a great learning environment for junior developers. I gained valuable experience in full-stack development and agile methodologies. The flexibility to work remotely was also a significant plus for maintaining a good work-life balance.
Cons: While the team leadership was often good, there were times when upper management's strategic direction felt a bit unclear or inconsistent. This sometimes led to shifting priorities and a bit of rework. Improving communication channels and providing more long-term vision would really help streamline projects and boost overall morale and efficiency in the tech sector.
Advice to Management: Please focus on clearer, consistent strategic communication from leadership. Ensure all team members understand the long-term goals and how current projects contribute to them. Regular town halls or Q&A sessions with senior leadership could also be beneficial for the tech team.
