Cons: While the core benefits are adequate, the overall compensation package, including salary and benefits beyond the basics, doesn't quite keep pace with the competitive FinTech industry, especially for specialized roles. I've also noticed that while career growth is encouraged, the path isn't always clearly defined, and sometimes it feels like you have to actively seek out opportunities rather than having them presented.
