There's a genuine sense of purpose that drives everyone, and the organization provides a stable environment for a non-profit.
Cons: Caseloads can become quite heavy, especially during peak times, which occasionally puts a strain on maintaining perfect work-life balance. While there's flexibility, managing urgent client needs and administrative tasks can sometimes make it hard to disconnect. Communication from higher leadership about upcoming changes could also be more proactive to help manage expectations.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured communication channels for organizational updates and strategic decisions to ensure all staff feel informed and prepared. Reviewing caseload distribution strategies during exceptionally busy periods might also alleviate some of the work-life balance pressure.
