Pros: The biggest positive was the incredible autonomy and trust given to the engineering team, especially in my Founding AI Research Engineer role. I had a real say in the direction of our AI/ML projects and could dive deep into complex research problems. The flexible work arrangements were also a huge plus, allowing for a good work-life balance even with the demanding nature of a tech startup
