Pros: I've learned a lot as an Associate Consultant here. They really try to support professional development, which is great. Some senior leaders in our Washington D.C. office are genuinely good people.
Cons: The top leadership can seem a bit out of touch with day-to-day operations. Communication often feels unclear, especially about company strategy and project direction for government contracting work. It's tough to get clear feedback sometimes.
