Pros: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, it's cool that I can work from home with TinyEYE. The teletherapy platform is pretty solid and easy to use for client sessions. It's great to have a remote position.
Cons: Job security can be a bit up and down. Client caseloads fluctuate, so your hours aren't always guaranteed, which is tough. I've seen some contracts end without much notice.
Advice to Management: Try to stabilize caseloads more for your teletherapy professionals. Better communication about contract changes would also help.
