Pros: The best thing about Flowcase is definitely the work flexibility. They genuinely support remote and hybrid setups, which makes balancing life and work much easier. The engineering team is talented, and you get to work on modern tech stacks for interesting software solutions. Collaboration is generally good, and there's a real sense of teamwork.
Cons: While the company culture is generally positive, there's room for improvement in career progression transparency. It can sometimes feel like opportunities aren't clearly defined, leading to uncertainty about advancement. Also, the benefits package, while adequate, isn't the most competitive in the Oslo tech market, especially for mid-level roles.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer career pathing and more transparent promotion criteria to help employees see their growth trajectory. Reviewing the benefits package against market standards would also be beneficial.
