Good support role with occasional long hours
Pros: I've enjoyed my time here as a Sales Support Specialist. The company culture is generally positive, with colleagues who are passionate about the Porsche brand and the automotive industry. There are good opportunities to learn the ins and outs of luxury vehicle sales and customer relations. The benefits package is competitive, and there's a sense of pride working for such an established marque. I felt my contributions were valued by my direct manager.
Cons: While work-life balance is often good, during peak periods or major auto shows, the hours can extend significantly. This is mostly manageable, but it does mean some weeks are tougher than others. Communication about shifting priorities could sometimes be clearer to help manage expectations and workload planning for remote employees.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering a collaborative culture and providing clear, consistent communication regarding project timelines and resource needs, especially for remote teams. This would further enhance the already good work-life balance.
