Pros: The team culture at Eventbase is fantastic; everyone is really collaborative and passionate about what they do in the event tech space. I've had the opportunity to work on interesting projects and learn new technologies, which has been great for my career growth. The company offers excellent work flexibility, allowing for hybrid and remote arrangements that genuinely support personal commitments.
Cons: While overall good, sometimes the internal processes for project management could be clearer, leading to occasional scope creep or communication gaps between departments. This can put extra pressure on the development team. More structured career pathing discussions would also be beneficial for long-term planning within the company.
