Management trusts us to get the job done, and they truly invest in skill development and career growth within the tech industry, which is a huge plus.
Cons: While the work flexibility is appreciated, the project-based nature of this IT consulting firm means some periods, especially during project rollouts or major events, can be very intense with long hours and travel. It can sometimes be tough to maintain consistent work-life balance during these peak times. Communication could also be smoother between field teams and HQ when project scopes shift unexpectedly, impacting schedules.
Advice to Management: Continue to focus on improving project planning to better distribute workload during peak season for field engineers. Clearer communication channels for scope changes would also greatly assist in managing expectations and maintaining work-life balance for the team.
