Cons: While the compensation is decent for the non-profit sector, it can be lower than what you'd find in the private industry for similar Program Coordinator roles. There's also room for streamlining some internal approval processes to improve efficiency. Sometimes, career progression feels a bit slow due to limited senior opportunities.
