Good SaaS experience with solid flexibility
Pros: The best part about working at Method CRM has to be the work flexibility. They really embrace hybrid and remote work, which is fantastic for work-life balance. The team is generally supportive, and I've learned a lot about the CRM software space and customer relationship management strategies. Being in Toronto also means access to a vibrant tech scene.
Cons: While not a dealbreaker, sometimes project priorities can shift quite quickly, leading to a bit of churn on immediate tasks. More structured communication channels for major strategic shifts would be helpful. Benefits are decent, but could be a bit more comprehensive compared to some other tech companies.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more formal processes for communicating major strategic changes and investing in enhanced benefits packages to stay competitive.
