There's a strong emphasis on teamwork here in Regina, and I've learned a ton about property management.
Cons: While leadership is generally strong, sometimes communication about project pipeline changes could be more proactive. Also, during peak development seasons, the workload can become quite demanding for Project Coordinators, making work-life balance a bit tricky temporarily.
