The Developmental Disabilities Resource Centre of Calgary (DDRC) is a non-profit, registered, charitable organization that began in 1952. We offer programs and resources for children and adults with disabilities, their friends and family, and other people in the community. We believe that communities are stronger when people of all abilities are involved in activities that are meaningful to them. The DDRC is funded by the government and donations.

Cons: While the leadership is great, sometimes communication on broader organizational changes for our Plymouth location could be a bit more proactive. Also, during peak times, the workload for a Clinical Coordinator can be intense, and it sometimes takes a while for new processes to get fully approved across different departments within the medical services team, which can cause minor delays.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the open communication channels and consider streamlining cross-departmental approval processes to enhance efficiency for all staff, particularly during busy periods.
