Founded by Lorna Jane Clarkson with a single pair of hand-stitched leggings, the brand has grown into a global Active Living community - with women at the centre of everything we do.
Today, women represent 98% of our workforce, across both our team and leadership. Our flexible way of working is designed to support women through the different stages of life, reflecting the community we serve.

From the talented women who manufacture our garments, to our partnership with Women’s Community Shelters supporting women and children experiencing homelessness and family violence, and our sponsorship of parkrun connecting communities across the country - we continue to invest in women at every level of our ecosystem.

Pros: Our leadership team in Montagu Bay is very supportive, focusing on employee development and fostering a positive team environment. My manager provides excellent training, significantly improving my retail sales and customer service skills in the activewear sector. There's good collaboration among the staff, making work engaging and productive.
Cons: Store leadership is great, but communication regarding new product rollouts or company policy changes from corporate can sometimes be slow. This occasionally impacts customer communication. Also, during peak retail seasons, the workload for sales associates gets very intense, and better staffing allocation could help alleviate stress.
