Pros: The leadership at OpenWeb provides really clear strategic direction, which is great for a Senior Software Engineer in the tech industry. I appreciate their approachable style and the strong commitment to career growth. Working on exciting projects for their content engagement platform, I've felt supported by management in our New York City office, making it a collaborative workplace.
Cons: Sometimes the workload can get pretty intense, especially during critical project deadlines, which is common for a fast-growing SaaS company. While leadership is great, internal communication across all teams could be a bit more streamlined at times to avoid minor bottlenecks in a quickly evolving tech environment.
