Pros: The starting salary for a Junior UX Designer here is pretty solid, especially compared to other design roles in the San Francisco office. They do offer an annual bonus, which is a nice perk. My direct manager is also really supportive.
Cons: The health benefits aren't great; high deductibles make it tough. PTO is pretty standard, but it's hard to get more vacation time, which is common for a mid-sized agency. It feels like they're a bit behind on competitive benefits packages.
Advice to Management: Seriously look into upgrading the health insurance plans and consider more generous PTO policies. It would make a huge difference in retaining talent, especially for design professionals in a competitive market like San Francisco.
