I've gained valuable experience on a variety of interesting civil engineering projects, which has been great for my professional development. The company culture encourages collaboration, making it a good place to learn and build a career in consulting.
Cons: While the work is engaging, there are times when communication flow, especially between departments, could be more streamlined. Sometimes project handoffs or information sharing could be more efficient. Also, while pay is competitive for the industry, benefits could be enhanced a bit more to match some larger competitors.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured cross-departmental communication tools or regular sync-up meetings to ensure seamless project flow and knowledge sharing across teams.

Pros: The best part was definitely the people. I worked with a fantastic team of engineers and support staff who were always willing to help out. The projects themselves were often complex and engaging, giving me a chance to really hone my skills in project coordination within the construction and infrastructure sector. The hybrid work model offered good flexibility.
Cons: While collaboration was strong at the team level, upper management communication sometimes felt a bit distant or unclear, especially concerning career progression paths or company-wide initiatives. This could occasionally lead to a feeling of disconnect from the broader organizational goals. Improving this would make a big difference.
