The ACE team is responsible for all of food, mart, dine out and reservation business. We use a microservice architecture in backend, and frontend tech stack use including (iOS, ADR, Flutter and Web). We often do platform abstraction to support our new our requirements to go online faster.

Get to Know the Role

This role is for supermarket product testing and is required because we are supporting our fast-growing business. You will report to the QA Engineering Manager II and be based at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will define test plans, test specifications, test suites, test cases and proposed tools for functional, security and performance testing
• You will understand the product/feature in-depth from the end-user point of view and the underlying implementation.
• You will work with the Product Manager, Frontend, and Backend developers to understand the feature and the implementation to build feature tests and impacted feature test cases.
• You will debug failed test cases by analyzing logs and API responses and report bugs with details. Follow-up on bugs to closure.
• You will maintain UI (Web, Mobile app) and API automation suites. Debug and correct script and data issues in automation suites.
• You will understand automation framework and add automation test cases for the new features and regression test cases

To work on the following tasks with guidance:
1. To setup functional test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by PTE team
accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
•  Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FPY (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)
• Apply standardization in functional area to have lean process across projects.
• To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test system.

3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV defined by PTE team
and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and calibration process (such of flashing of
memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line with test procedure.
4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.
5. General support on the following:

• To support operation on functional area performance in FPY, TFOR, OEE
• To analyze MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with PTE/CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.

6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to.

• Setup new product & improve test strategies for existing products, to perform program test time reduction for capacity improvement & test yield improvement in production.
• Support ME and QA team on analyze customer failure samples & provide countermeasure program for detect future similar failure slip through to customer.
• Provide training to technician group for smoothening daily repairing work.
• Troubleshooting test board/ tester if IC failure occur & provide permanent countermeasure.
• Ensure test station operation, performance, stability & robustness. Develop plans to investigate root cause of deviations.

We are seeking fresh/experienced Test Maintenance Technician to support and sustain Final Test (FT) operations in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining stable test performance, supporting equipment and hardware, and ensuring consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, 3/6 monthly preventative maintenance (PM) on ATE testers, handlers, and contactors.
• Clean and replace consumable parts like contactor pins, sockets, and indexers.
• Perform routine calibration of the test system's instruments (voltage sources, digital pins, parametric measurement units).

The position plays a critical role in ensuring product delivery ensuring robust backend solution with no quality issues for AI power semiconductors supporting data center, accelerator, and advanced computing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage the design and logistics of load boards, probe cards, test sockets and change kits from definition, RFQ, design review and approval to NPI or Production Release.
• Main contact with load boards, probe cards, test sockets and change kit vendors for technical, commercial and operational aspects.
• Manage and monitor spending budget for load boards, probe cards, test sockets and change kits, manage and maintain the tool/system for ATE hardware request and tracking hardware inventory.
• Identify and execute areas for Gross Margin Improvement Initiatives in areas related to load boards, probe cards, test sockets, change kits.

This position is expected to provide Test Operations and Engineering support for products post manufacturing release and deliver operational excellence through cost reductions, OEE, yield and cycle time improvements to achieve our test KPI goals with our Test Manufacturing Sites (Internal and Outsourcing Suppliers) in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and across Asia (Taiwan, China, Korea).
