- Continuous improvement of production test programs for automotive ICs on Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Support/lead tasks and projects from development to release for mass production
- Improve test programs for quality, test time and yield by modifying existing or introducing new test methods
- Modify or enhance corresponding test specifications
- Execute release activities to qualify modifications for production usage
- Collect and analyze data to secure test methods in full self-responsibility
- Cooperate with different development and production teams at various locations including both internal functions and external suppliers
- Transfer test techniques between different tester platforms or locations
- Special condition – If required, candidate must be willing to travel for Short Term Assignment (STA) with the duration of 6 months.
