About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior HRBP (Senior Manager / Associate director) with strong Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD) background.

This role will act as a due role of strategic partner to business leaders, while driving organisation design, talent capability building, and a high-performance culture to support business growth. • Drive business growth for Medical Device Management & Compliance services through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts

Development Analyst is part of the APAC R&D Department and supports product development and adaptation activities across regional and global projects. This entry-level role provides exposure to core R&D processes, including specification creation, sensory testing, trials, and basic project execution, under the guidance of a team lead or manager.

This role collaborates with cross-functional partners within R&D, including Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Food Safety & Quality, and Innovation Technology, and works with regional and global stakeholders as required.
