For our Distribution Center in Port Klang Malaysia, we are currently looking for a System Specialist who will be responsible for the set up and optimization of our warehouse and order management systems, securing efficient workflow in the warehouse and integration with automated systems.

Our System Specialist will:

• Work closely with the local team to improve logistics operations through our warehouse management systems.
• Ensure roll-out and necessary training for implementation of new releases with the aim to maximally use its functionalities. Create and maintain training documentation and resources.
• Monitor daily and weekly operations and identify potential risks or improvement needs.
• Provide reports related to the performance of the systems.
• Addresses issues to systems vendors.
• Take part in the regional Warehouse Management Systems meetings, propose change requests & performs the ROI analysis of new change requests on behalf of local unit.
• Ensure the WMS complies with relevant audit requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• To install and maintain current hosted infrastructure on-prem and cloud.
• Attend and resolve any system-related issues.
• Deploy security patches or configurations according to the schedule.
• To attend to service requests, incidents, and timely escalation of complex issues according to service level objectives.
• To enhance and maintain Disaster Recovery procedures.
• To adhere to established best practices, company procedures and guidelines, and compliance with audit and industry standards.
• To perform day-to-day operations, system administration, tuning and capacity management of current infrastructure on-prem and cloud to ensure good performance and health.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, and Malay language for both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system support, IT operations, or a related role.
• Experience in VMWare, Microsoft Windows, LINUX Administration, and MS SQL database.
• Familiar with cloud service and able to perform cloud service administration.
• Candidate with the right attitude, willing to learn and possesses related working experience.
• Good understanding of project implementation experiences.
• Willing to learn and take ownership of new assignments, able to contribute by exploring new alternatives and suggestions.
• Proactive, open-minded and possess a positive end users-oriented attitude to continue supporting business operations from a technical aspect and improvement via system enhancement.
• Able to support critical incidents or critical assignments on off-office hours.
• There will be a patch schedule that requires work on weekends for security patch deployment.

• Ensure smooth monthly closing and year-end closing, execute T-code for Controlling Module.

The Analyst, Anti-Financial Crime Compliance will form part of the Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) team to provide support across the business in relation to AFCC operational matters. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AFCC, you would have sound knowledge of AML regulatory requirements and related industry best practices.

 

You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation against financial crimes, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and contributing to the overall integrity of our financial systems. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of merchant transactions, enhancing AML monitoring processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the enhancements of AML systems, staying abreast of regulatory development to ensure our organisation remains at the forefront of compliance. 

This role requires a solid understanding of AML/CFT practices while working with merchants, third party payment and banking partners in the Fintech and Payments’ space in addition to regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Finmo’s compliance efforts across multiple geographies
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Business (KYB)
• Utilise AML monitoring systems to conduct ongoing reviews of customer transactions and identify potential suspicious activities.
• Investigate alerts generated by the AML monitoring system, conduct thorough analysis of transaction data, and escalate suspicious activities as appropriate.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and/or periodical reviews on high-risk customers and ensure compliance with Know Your Business (KYB) requirements.
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of AML-related activities, including transaction reviews, investigations, and SAR filings.
• Regularly assess and improve transaction monitoring, screening and regulatory reporting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time. 
• Work closely with other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering,  Onboarding, Operations and to be the Subject Matter Expert for AFCC matters

 

Required knowledge and experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within a financial services/technology firm, financial institutions or card schemes with expertise in transaction monitoring and screening
• Have sound technical knowledge and experience of APAC regional or Global Compliance requirements including deep understanding of financial institutions, payments, money service businesses, and/or banking compliance, including knowledge of AML/CTF, prudential, data protection, anti-corruption, fraud and consumer protection regulations.
• Proficiency in using AML monitoring systems and software, with the ability to analyse complex financial data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
