Job Summary

Assist the top management to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple engagements
Involved with management of legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during audit engagements
Responsible for supervision and management of services to clients, including preparation of audit strategy and business plans, setting budgets, scheduling audits

Duties and Responsibilities

Involved in planning, supervising, coordinating, performing and assigning audit engagements
Identify and communicate audit issues, technical matters and improvement opportunities with managers and partners to resolve client issues discovered during the audit process
Possess solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles (e.g MFRS/IFRS/MPERS/CA 2016 and ISA), quality control standards and technology implementation procedures
Performs special projects (non-audit related jobs) (e.g: due diligence review and etc)
Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships
Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct
Schedule, delegate, and review the work of one or more staff members, support on-the-job training, and evaluate their performance.

Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or those with a full or partial professional
qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CPA(A) or CIMA)
At least 5 years of relevant external audit experience
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
Knowledge in ProSystem fx Engagement will be an added advantage
Experience involved in managerial role will be an added advantage
Experience involved in audit of PLC and engagement in compliance with MFRS is an added advantage
Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
Strong leadership and management skills
Team players with strong communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role

The Brand Marketing Executive is a crucial hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day tactical execution and support for a portfolio of 2 to 4 assigned brands across dining and nightlife concepts. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing, this role focuses on translating strategy into execution, managing digital channels, coordinating assets, and ensuring seamless promotion implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Channel Management

End-to-End Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events for the assigned brand portfolio.
Digital Mastery: Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, community management/customer service), content strategy, and digital assets for the assigned brands.
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and vendors, managing relationships and deliverables for promotions and printing materials.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance and social media metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.

Content & Event Support

Content Creation Support: Work with the in-house Designer/Agency to coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing collaterals, visuals, and content.
Event/Project Management: Manage logistical aspects of in-store promotions, media tasting events, and nightlife activations, ensuring all materials (menus, displays, PR kits) are delivered on time.
Budget Management Support: Assist the Brand Manager in managing the marketing budget and tracking costs/COGS for promotional items.

Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate)

Ownership and Proactiveness: Own assigned tasks and deadlines. Be proactive in offering support, suggesting campaign improvements, and taking the initiative to move tasks forward.
Communication & Deadlines: Ensure all communication channels are utilized properly. Ensure execution tasks are completed on deadline and provide solid, proper actionable updates to the reporting manager.
Reporting: Assist the Brand Manager in preparing campaign recaps and updates for WIP meetings.
Responsiveness: Be responsive during working hours, acknowledging that you are a key executor whose timely response is critical to team delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive who is passionate about sustainability and creative storytelling. In this role, you will drive our content and digital marketing efforts to build a strong online presence and thought leadership position within the sustainability and circular economy landscape.

You will serve as the curator of our content library, creating engaging materials that help customers and stakeholders understand sustainability and the role they can play in achieving a circular future. Occasionally, you will also participate in physical events such as tradeshows, expos, seminars, and CSR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

Lead the creation and curation of Nuplas Solutions’ content library.
Develop engaging and informative content such as videos (short & long form), infographics, website copy, press releases, and opinion pieces.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and personality across all materials.
Participate in industry events, develop relationships, and conduct interviews with thought leaders to gather insights.
Align all content initiatives with the goal of positioning Nuplas Solutions and the Lean Giap Group as industry leaders in sustainability and circular economy solutions.

2. Social Media Management & Community Building

Manage company social media platforms and stay updated on current trends and technologies.
Understand online user behavior to create engaging, shareable content.
Drive community engagement and strengthen online interactions.
Prepare performance reports and insights for each social media platform.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance audience growth and brand engagement.

3. Digital Marketing

Support digital marketing efforts including ad campaigns, SEO optimization, website updates, and analytics tracking.
Strengthen the brand’s visibility in search results related to sustainability and circular economy.
Work to expand content reach beyond social media through effective digital strategies.

4. Branding Strategy

Collaborate with the larger Lean Giap Group marketing team on brand-building initiatives.
Coordinate with different business divisions to strengthen brand positioning through both online and offline activities.

Qualifications & Skills

3 years of experience in social media management, video production, or content creation.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media platforms.
Knowledge or interest in sustainability-related fields (energy, materials, carbon, technology) is a plus — sustainability training will be provided for successful candidates.
Experience managing or collaborating with digital marketing/media agencies or online influencers is advantageous.
Experience conducting interviews or moderating seminars will be highly valued.
Comfortable working with digital marketing metrics (CTR, TOV, LTV, CPM, ROAS, SERP, FYP, etc.).
Basic ability to film and edit simple videos for social media.
Familiarity with Google Analytics is an added advantage.
