1）協助銷售及市場助理經理進行銷售流程

以及其他相關活動。

A. 銷售支持

1）執行銷售和行銷工作流程，包括預訂新訂單、重複訂單、滿足客戶需求和期望、解讀和設計客戶的產品規格、產品包裝設計、包裝模型和開發。

2）簽發合約訂單審核單、形式發票、貨櫃矩陣研究報告、普通銷售訂單

客戶規格說明、客戶規格變更通知、信用清算清單、Splenda報告

採購訂單、參考價格、樣品申請單和工作進度報告。

3）處理詢價並發起談判以確認訂單和重複訂單，然後再處理訂單。

4) 更新形式發票中的所有客戶詳細信息，並通知管理員用戶將其更新到 ERP 系統中。

5）如果銷售價格和採購價格發生變化，則建立產品成本證明。

B. 協作與溝通

1）與銷售管理部門聯絡，確保客戶訂單的交付和出貨順利進行。確保外包生產能依照規格和品質要求，及時、正確地滿足客戶的期望（訂單）。

此外，銷售管理部門還可以監控客戶包裝庫存餘額，並根據剩餘庫存水準向客戶提供補貨建議。

2）與品質保證部門就客戶對產品標籤的要求進行溝通。

3）與品質控制部門聯絡，了解顧客產品品質及抱怨狀況（如有需要）。

4) 與法規遵從部門聯絡，處理客戶產品的法規和註冊事宜

要求。

5）與外包製造商溝通客戶訂單的貨物備貨日期和要求

新產品報價（如有需要）。

6) 與包裝供應商溝通，滿足客戶對包裝設計、圖稿、樣稿、印刷樣品和顏色標準等方面的期望。參與新專案或現有專案改進的線上校對，並與包裝供應商溝通。如有需要，向包裝供應商索取報價。

7) 與船運代理/經紀人聯絡，確認目的地和運費的可用性。

用於估算計算（如有需要）。

8）與客戶建立並維持牢固的關係。

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking an ambitious and driven GL Finance whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. The GL Executive works closely with the Regional Finance Manager, as well as the rest of the Finance Team, to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day financial transactions, such as processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly month-end closing, analyze monthly cash flow statement movement, update balance sheets notes and P&L notes and ensure all data/information is accurate.

As part of the Global Snapshots team, you will play a key role in shaping how global and regional market trends are understood and communicated – both internally within NIQ and externally with clients. The role offers opportunities to partner with regional clients and partner with diverse teams to create client impact through insights.

As we expand in Malaysia, we are building a high-impact sales team to drive merchant acquisition and scale the adoption of digital payment solutions.

Job Summary

As a Channel Partnerships Executive / Senior Executive, you will support the development and execution of EPOS’ partner ecosystem to drive merchant acquisition across Malaysia. You will work closely with channel partners such as POS resellers, telco dealers, distributors, and industry associations to promote and deploy EPOS payment solutions and Mini Programmes to SME merchants.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for partner outreach, onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management. You will play a key role in ensuring partners are equipped, engaged, and productive in driving merchant referrals and activations.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, reach out to, and support onboarding of potential channel partners across Malaysia
• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with partners to drive consistent merchant referrals
• Support partner activation by coordinating training sessions, product briefings, and sales enablement activities
• Work closely with partners to promote EPOS solutions and drive adoption among SME merchants
• Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure engagement and address any operational challenges
• Support joint sales activities, including field visits, events, and partner-led merchant engagements
• Gather feedback from partners on market trends, product gaps, and customer needs, and share insights with internal teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives
• Represent EPOS at events, trade shows, and partner activities when required

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, POS, telco, or related industries
• Strong interest in channel partnerships and SME acquisition
• Comfortable with outreach, relationship management, and on-ground execution
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners and merchants effectively
• A proactive and hands-on attitude, with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of commercial concepts (e.g., pricing, margins, partnerships) is a plus
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia for partner meetings and fieldwork
