Responsibilities:
- Installs, maintain and repairs Automatic Identication Data Capture equipment, such as Thermal Transfer Printer(Deskotp, Table-top, Mobile), Handheld Scanner, Mobile Scanner/Terminal, and other related products onsite or offsite.
- Study blueprints, schematics, operator & service manuals, and other specifications to familiarise installation & servicing procedures.
- Setup or oversee installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Operates & demonstrate equipments to End Users
- Perform End User Training upon equipment installations
- Deal with Customers (End User or Engineer) when service or support is required
- Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Possess at least DiplomElectronics or equivalent field.
- a Engineering, Those without Diploma but have relevant work experience is encouraged to apply
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply as we provide On-the-Job Training
- Proven work experience as field service technician (if any)
- Basic knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting methods/skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Customer oriented and effective communication skills.
- any related work experience with Thermal Printer or Scanner such as Sato, Zebra, Honeywell, OKI, Epson, Citizen, etc is added advantage
