The MSC is an integral part of the Pre-Discharge Program Team that serves as a case manager in the Disability Evaluation System at military facilities in the State of South Carolina. The MSC performs liaison activities with multiple military departments, the Transition Assistance Program, and service organization staff while coordinating with his/her supervisor regarding program objectives and methods used to attain the same.
