職責與責任

財務部

• 財務營運與報告：負責每月/季度報告、預算、現金流量以及應收帳款和應付帳款。
• 會計與合規：管理全套帳目、結帳、合併和監管合規。
• 文件審核與控制：在權限範圍內核准產品規格書、採購訂單、表格和項目文件。
• 財務規劃與分析：監控預算、差異、預測，並提供財務見解。
• 專案成本會計與策略：審查成本、控制費用並為財務決策提供支援。
• 內部控制與風險：加強流程、控制與風險管理。
• 稅務、銷售與服務稅及利害關係人聯絡：負責稅務、銷售與服務稅合規事宜，並與主要利害關係人聯絡。

採購部門

• 採購管理：依照標準作業程序和審核權限，主導整個採購流程。
• 文件審核與批准：審核採購申請、採購訂單、投標書和合同，確保文件完整無誤。
• 供應商及合規監管：管理供應商的採購、績效、定價合規性以及 MACC Act 17A 風險。
• 記錄和審計準備：維護供應商記錄、合同，並確保文件符合審計要求。

資格和要求：

• 會計、金融、商業研究、經濟學、公司治理、風險管理或相關學科的學位或專業資格。
• 至少12年財務和/或審計經驗，其中至少2年擔任管理職。
• 具備GLC/GLCS經驗者優先；有ESG審計經驗者較佳。
• 至少2年公司治理、合規或採購相關職能的領導經驗。
• 堅定致力於提高透明度，並全面遵守財務和採購政策。
• 具備卓越的分析、溝通和領導能力，並能推動財務改善

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Engineering Manager, Insurance Operations, based in Malaysia and develop internal tools, reporting dashboards, and operational applications. You will work across the stack, building both frontend and backend components. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Assistant Finance Business Partner (PH) & Project (MY) to join our team. Your new role would be reporting to the Senior Business Finance Manager and the Key Business Partner of Philippines and Malaysia Business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Philippines

• Participate in business partnering with commercial and operations
• Support budget, rolling forecast preparation and monthly variance analysis for both Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
• Lead and coordinate the month-end closing process by establishing clear timelines and functional requirements
• Develop and leverage the different sources of data and provide a series of analysis and dashboard reporting
• Check source data to verify completeness and enhance accuracy
• Undertake and support various ad-hoc projects as directed

Malaysia

• Review of staff claims and streamlining of processes, where necessary
• Project manage E-invoicing monthly submission and ad-hoc troubleshooting
• Undertake and support various ad-hoc projects as directed

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At Least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Analysis and Business Partnering.
• Willing to travel internationally up to 10%.

Highly Desirable:

• Advanced users of spreadsheet and presentation tools, particularly Google sheets, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills and able to present analysis in rationally while “speaking the audience’s language”.
• Independent, self-starter, self-motivated, result oriented as well as customer oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Drives financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making by analyzing data, managing budgets, and forecasting. Act as a strategic partner, optimizing costs and working with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with company goals. Key responsibilities include variance analysis, financial reporting, managing the commercial and financial aspects multiple business unit and internal control and risk management.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, investigating variances between actuals, prior year and forecasts.
• Business Partnership: Report analyses of business processes and findings on major financial issues that may impact the organisation's performance to senior management and provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership and operational teams to drive profitability and decision-making.
• Cost & Operational Optimization: Evaluate and improve cost structures, margins, and operational efficiencies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee business reporting, ensure business compliance with legal requirements, and maintain internal control systems related to business.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct commercial and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, new product development, or marketing initiatives.
• Internal Control: Implement and maintain good internal controls, and acting as INTERNAL CONTROL CHMAPION of the country

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Invoice Processing: Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices.
• Expense Management: Ensure timely and accurate receipt and payment of all bills and invoices. Prepare and process expense reports and ensure proper documentation and approval. Ensure accuracy of GL and timely accruals.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily sales reconciliation and statement posting. Assist in bank reconciliation, and any required reconciliation from time to time.
• Document Management: Maintain up-to-date and organized records and files of financial documents.
• Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve account discrepancies and issues.
• Compliance and Audits: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
• Administrative: Manage administrative purchases for the store. Provide administrative support to the store as needed and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Store Performance: Contribute with input and provide expertise to the BNOM to enable performance.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager II to lead and build our Malaysia engineering team. You will establish the Insurance Operations PST, driving technical delivery for Insurance products, and taking over operational support functions. You will collaborate closely with the local Operations team and coordinate with regional engineering teams.

You'll be reporting to our Senior Engineering Manager and working onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead the establishment and growth of a 7-10 person engineering team in Malaysia
• You will own Insurance technical delivery, ensuring compliance with BNM regulatory requirements
• You will oversee third-party system integrations (ISM, APAD, JPJ) and BNM regulatory reporting
• You will coordinate service transitions from ID/SG teams to the MY team
• You will build local engineering culture with emphasis on operational excellence
• You will collaborate with Insurance Operations team to deliver feature improvements
• You will develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• You will implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
• You will participate in strategic planning and cross-regional decision-making
