工作概要及目的：

主要職責

1. 品質管理系統（QMS）

2. 產品和製程品質控制

• 對原料、半成品和成品進行檢驗。監控生產過程，確保產品品質穩定。識別缺陷、不合格品和與標準的偏差。

3. 問題管理與持續改進

• 調查品質問題並進行根本原因分析。實施糾正和預防措施。與生產團隊合作，改善流程並減少缺陷。分析品質數據並編寫改進措施報告。

4. 審計與合規

• 進行內部稽核並協助外部/客戶稽核。確保符合相關標準。維護完善的文件和審計記錄。

5. 文件記錄與報告

• 維護品質記錄、檢驗報告和可追溯性文件。編製品質報告、關鍵績效指標和分析報告，供管理階層審核。確保對不符合項和糾正措施進行妥善記錄。

6. 跨職能協作

• 與生產、工程和供應鏈團隊緊密合作。為操作人員提供與品質相關的訓練和指導。支援新產品導入和製程驗證。

• As a Business Development Executive, your duty and responsibility shall include but not limited to the following;
