The CSA Cost Manager will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle cost management services for the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages on a large‑scale data centre development.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Data, Analytics & AI Strategy

• Define and execute the roadmap for an AI-native data platform aligned with Intrepid’s product and business strategy
• Evolve the organization from dashboarding → proactive insights → autonomous intelligence systems
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across ML, GenAI, and agentic workflows in ecommerce, marketing, and social commerce
• Drive adoption of AI-powered self-serve analytics and copilots across business teams

2. Data Platform, Architecture & Governance

• Own the design and evolution of the modern data stack, including:
• Data warehouse/lakehouse (BigQuery, StarRocks)
• Data pipelines (Airflow, DBT)
• Semantic layer (Cube.dev)
• BI tools (Looker Studio, Superset)
• Extend the platform to support:
• Real-time and streaming data use cases for social commerce
• Vector databases, MCP, and LLM integration layers
• Establish strong foundations for data governance, privacy, security, quality, lineage, and cataloging
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency

3. AI, Machine Learning & Intelligent Systems

• Lead the development and deployment of:
• Anomaly detection and automated insight systems
• Generative AI use cases (copilots, automated reporting, content insights)
• Recommendation systems (product, pricing, targeting)
• Predictive models (forecasting, ROAS optimization, churn, inventory planning)
• Drive adoption of LLM-powered analytics (NL2SQL, conversational BI, insight generation)
• Build foundations for agentic AI systems that can autonomously analyze, recommend, and act

4. Business Impact, Self-Serve & Team Leadership

• Transition from pull-based dashboards → push-based, actionable insights
• Enable business teams with:
• Proactive alerts, recommendations, and decision support tools
• Scenario simulation and planning capabilities
• Build AI-powered self-serve analytics experiences, reducing dependency on central teams
• Drive semantic layer adoption and metrics standardization across the organization

Experience & Domain Expertise

• 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI roles, with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, martech, or digital platforms
• Proven track record building modern data platforms and scaling data teams
• Experience working in multi-country / SEA environments is a strong plus

AI & Data Expertise

• Deep expertise in the modern data stack:
• BigQuery, DBT, Airflow, real-time pipelines, semantic layers
• Hands-on experience with:
• Generative AI / LLMs (RAG, copilots, natural language interfaces)
• Experimentation frameworks and causal inference
• Machine learning (forecasting, optimization, recommendations)
• Familiarity with:
• Feature stores, MLOps, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and scalable architecture

You will apply a data-first approach to product and business thinking, unveil data-driven insights, design controlled experiments and be objective while evaluating results, all of this while working with stakeholders to evaluate new and innovative product and business ideas. You will contribute to helping Developers, Designers and Product Managers across the company with recommendations on how to learn from unexpected results, study underlying causes for them and iterate on the next set of products to build for our users.

This role is based on-site in our Petaling Jaya office.

In this role, you will become part of the Performance Excellence Pillar. The role is intended to work on Quality escape, RCA, KPI, and strategic prediction by analyzing data countries/clusters. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement projects, according to the requirements, and deliver the expected business impacts. You will be working closely with Process Engineers, BAU Leads, Transformation on compliance-related initiatives and local projects.

• Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU (Business as Usual) processes and drive convergence of processes and tools

• Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures, mapping business processes, capturing and sharing best practices between the respective countries and regions

This Data Operations Analyst is responsible for data input validation and data cleaning focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Operations Analyst at NielsenIQ, you support the create and deliver client output deliveries in a correct and timely manner.

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to directly impact the growth of our 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and shape the analytics function within one of our functional analytics teams. This is a high-visibility position that plays a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making.

• Own a risk & fraud problem domain end-to-end, framing ambiguous problems and delivering analytical solutions that drive measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, service performance and customer experience.
• Act as a thought partner to business and domain leads, shaping problem statements, challenging assumptions, and co-developing data-driven solutions to high-impact risk and fraud challenges.
• Apply advanced analytical methods, including simulation, optimisation, and statistical modelling, to detect and solve complex problems such as incentive abuse, refund claim abuse and.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Performance Monitoring (KPI)

• Track and analyze key Customer Service KPIs such as CSAT, response time, handling time, and resolution rate
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear performance visibility
• Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data across Customer Service, Operations, and Payment teams to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

4. AI & Automation Support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles (experience in Customer Service environment is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
