Job Description:

1. Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to meet operational requirements.
2. Coordinate with suppliers on shipping schedules, documentation, and related matters.
3. Evaluate supplier performance annually based on company criteria.

8. Investigate and check import bulk shipments with Bill of Lading (BL) losses exceeding 0.3% by coordinating with suppliers, surveyors, and terminals; prepare BL write-off forms and update the monthly BL losses report by suppliers.
9. Coordinate with suppliers and transporters on ex-tank collections with handling losses over 80 kg, and prepare monthly terminal write-off forms.
10. Review and verify invoices from transporters, surveyors, terminals, forwarders, and suppliers.
11. Any other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of purchasing / procurement experience, or supply chain operations

Experience in handling import shipments, documentation and supplier coordination is an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills

Familiarity with SST and import/export processes will be advantageous

Roles & Responsibilities

This position will encompass both Accounts payable and receivable functions. 

As Accounting Officer, your overall objective will be to work with the finance team with primarily responsible being day to day execution and management of AP and AR portfolio in the department.

The main responsibility will involve the following scope:

-Manage AP and foreign currency payments.

-Manage AR and credit control.

-General Ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.

-Liaising with operations and other departments to gather financial information and to enter these information into operational and finance system.

-Assist with month end, quarterly end and year end audit requirements.

-Prepare month end journal.

-Prepare cash flow forecasts/analysis on daily/monthly basis.

-Bank reconciliation, including multi-currency reconciliation.

Requirements for the role

-Possess minimum LCCI Diploma qualification in Accounting.

Job Summary:

The Investor Relations Executive/ Senior Executive will support the Investor Relations Specialist in managing communications between the company and investors. This includes the transparent, accurate, and timely dissemination of financial and business information to the investment community. This role involves supporting investor engagement initiatives, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, and conducting market intelligence to enhance investor confidence and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support communications with investors, analysts and stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including presentations, reports, financial results press releases and Bursa announcements
• Support quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of messaging
• Monitor share price performance, market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to management
• Coordinate investor meetings, briefings, roadshow and events
• Maintain the IR page on the company’s website
• Maintain and update the IR calendar and related records

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest comfort, and presentation throughout the hotel. This role ensures guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen, back-of-house areas, and related facilities are maintained in line with Pullman brand standards, safety regulations, and operational efficiency targets.

The Executive Housekeeper drives service excellence, productivity, cost control, sustainability initiatives, and team development while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations for guestrooms, suites, public areas, offices, and heart-of-house areas.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released on time according to occupancy requirements.
• Maintain hotel cleanliness standards aligned with Accor / Pullman brand expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, public areas, and facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage departments for smooth operations.

2. Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

• Ensure guest rooms are well presented, functional, and welcoming at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special requirements.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and cleanliness scores; implement action plans for improvement.

3. Team Management

• Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare manpower planning, rosters, duty schedules, and task allocation.
• Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Identify training needs and develop team capabilities.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.

4. Financial & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage departmental budget.
• Control payroll costs, overtime, cleaning supplies, linen usage, and operating expenses.
• Monitor productivity ratios such as minutes per room cleaned and staffing efficiency.
• Ensure proper stock control of chemicals, guest supplies, linen, and uniforms.

5. Laundry & Linen Management

• Oversee laundry operations (internal or outsourced).
• Maintain linen quality, par levels, replacement programs, and loss prevention controls.
• Ensure uniforms are clean, available, and well maintained.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety, and fire safety regulations.
• Maintain proper chemical handling procedures and MSDS compliance.
• Ensure pest control and preventive cleanliness programs are in place.
• Lead deep cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules.

7. Sustainability & Brand Initiatives

• Drive environmental initiatives such as linen reuse programs, waste reduction, and responsible chemical usage.
• Support ESG / sustainability goals of the hotel.

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
• Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
• To update daily sales in system and SOP compliances
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.

As a Junior Executive – Finance & Vendor Management, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of vendors, vendor details, and the services delivered across assigned countries. This knowledge will enable you to manage and control vendor operations effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery in coordination with local HUB teams and country‑level delivery resources.

You will familiarize yourself with end‑to‑end vendor payment processes for each service and country, ensuring accurate and timely payments in line with agreed schedules. • Yearly token - Manage E2E processing of yearly tokens in coordination with local delivery & local finance (token selection, raising PO, Token delivery, Receive invoice or billing from token vendor/ obtain approval of invoice/ confirm billings for token in Ariba/ obtain information from Finance team on date of payment/ communication with vendor to collect payment check on due date/ confirm receipt of payment by vendor

• Data Collection Devices - Manage E2E processing of collection devices in coordination with local delivery & local finance (Device selection, raising PO, Device delivery, Receive invoice or billing from device vendor/ obtain approval of invoice/ confirm billings for devices in Ariba / obtain information from Finance team on date of payment / communication with vendor to collect payment check on due date / confirm receipt of payment by vendor

• Vendors supplying Temp resources - Manage E2E processing of Temp Contracts in coordination with HR, local delivery & local finance. Obtain invoice from Human Resources/ get approval of invoice/ confirm billings for devices in Ariba/ obtain information from Finance team on date of payment/ communication with vendor to collect payment check on due date/ confirm receipt of payment

• Telco vendor - Manage E2E processing of BAU Telco payments (data transmission) in coordination with local delivery & local finance / Obtain invoice from Telco vendor/ get approval of invoice/ confirm billings for Telco in Ariba / obtain information from Finance team on date of payment/ communication with vendor to collect payment check on due date/ confirm receipt of payment by vendor. To be done for all services. learn country level exceptions

• POS vendor - Manage E2E processing of BAU POS vendor payments in coordination with local delivery & local finance. Obtain invoice from POS vendor/ get approval of invoice/ confirm billings in Ariba/ obtain information from Finance team on date of payment/ communication with vendor to collect payment check on due date/ confirm receipt of payment

• Crowdsourcing vendor - Manage E2E processing of BAU crowdsourcing vendor payments in coordination with local delivery & local finance. Obtain invoice from crowdsourcing vendor/ get approval of invoice/ confirm billings in Ariba/ obtain information from Finance team on date of payment/ communication with vendor to collect payment check on due date/ confirm receipt of payment

• T&E Advance (FTEs/Freelancers) - applicable markets only: work with local HUB resources/FTL/FTM for each of the countries on collating, reconciling & arranging T&E advance payments

• FTC/Freelancers payment: work with local HUB resources/FTL/FTM for each of the countries on collating, computing & arranging payments to FTC/Freelancers payments (in some markets its weekly for e.g. Indonesia)

• Get involve into vendor discussions (incase needed) to understand the concern better. Similarly also with local finance team inorder to get better clarity in operations

In this role, you will be expected to:

• General Ledger & Month-End Closing: Lead the month-end closing process by ensuring all journals, accruals, and adjustments are accurately posted.
• Reconciliations: Perform detailed reconciliations between platform reports (AR) and the accounting system to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and management reports.
• Audit & Documentation: Maintain high standards of documentation for all accounting entries to ensure a "ready-to-audit" state at all times.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle corporate tax computations, SST filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate smooth annual audits.
• Process Excellence: Work closely with the Accounts Payable, Treasury and other teams to ensure all sub-ledger activities are correctly reflected in the General Ledger.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong foundation in full-set accounting principles (General Ledger, Consolidation, and Reporting).
• Excel Mastery (Must-Have): Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and data management) to handle large data sets and reconciliations.
• Software: Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Skills: A sharp eye for discrepancies and the ability to reconcile complex data from multiple sources.
