Project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project from inspection to completion. Be a team player in delivering sucessful construction projects by effectively managing resources, schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations. 

1. Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approve architectural drawings and specifications
2. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements 
3. Coordinate with internal and external parties to address construction-related matters
4. Resolve any problems occur on technical and site issues that rise during the construction period.
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager’s role is to build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Assistant Manager will be in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance Operations: Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing activities.

• Responsible for the full recruitment process, including managing job posting and headhunting, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to hiring managers.
• Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
• Build strong relationships with client and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
   

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in recruitment agency will be added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
   

Job Details

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Puchong, Selangor
• High commission payout!
• Hybrid work arrangement can be arranged
