Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as indenty ad pursue new businesss opportunities.
• Contact market research to identily potential customers and ludustry.
• Colloaborate witn internal teams to ensure custmer satisfiaction and timely delivery of products and services.
• Negotiate pricing and temrs, of sale with customers, while maintaning profitability for the company.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and market trends to management.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support

Job Function: To involve in aspects of marketing, including: strategic planning; advertising; promotion; public relations; product development; distribution to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration or market segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for company;
• To develop marketing plans and strategies in line with the company sales target and organization objectives;
• To responsible in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
• To coordinate, plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns with sales activities;
• To overall responsible for brand management and corporate identity;
• To conduct market research and monitor competitor activities;
• To plan, monitor and manage on new product development, update our product catalogue monthly;
• To plan and organize personal sales strategy by meeting the sales targets;
• To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation for the company to improve;
• To lead marketing team and organize teamwork to strive for an efficient and effective marketing administration.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree;
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Sales / Marketing field is required for this position.
• Have basic knowledge of automotive industry;
• 5.5 day (Monday 9am to 6pm to Saturday 9am to 2pm) working basis;
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English with clients;

• Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet
• Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of pricing and product specifications
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations

Job Description

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.
• Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required.
• Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
