Ideally we are looking for female candidate in age group 35-45 with a professional qualification ACCA and an additional qualification MBA will be a plus. You should have a significant financial control exposure with a track record of management. 關於工作
該職位是全職永久職位，直接向馬來西亞集團的 FC 報告。
該職位將負責管理公司及集團各部門子公司的全方位會計和財務職能。
主要責任：
*負責馬來西亞證券交易所公告的季度和年度報告。
*負責集團合併及公司財務報告。
*負責及時完成年度法定報告。
*審查各國報告、主文件和轉讓定價文件。
*負責公司及集團的企業財務/財務管理。
*管理稅務、審計和所有相關事宜。
候選人
要考慮擔任此高級會計職位，候選人必須擁有會計資格學士學位或 ACCA/CIMA 畢業生。
邁阿密國際協會會員。
優先考慮35-45歲年齡層的候選人
具有 PLC 設定經驗的理想候選人將是一項資產。
成功的申請者將在集團帳戶整合方面表現出色。
對馬來西亞證券交易所主機板上市要求和 MFRS/IFRS 具有良好的工作知識。
一個自信且組織良好的自我啟動者，具有出色的溝通和人際交往能力。
需要良好的英語口語和書面能力以及良好的寫作能力。
良好的會計準則（FRS 和 IAS）、稅務和公司法應用知識絕對是擔任此職位的先決條件。

工作角色
直接向規劃和報告經理報告。
主要職責是協助管理報告和財務規劃，主要任務是為整個物業組合的物業管理團隊提供財務支持，以確保及時準確的報告、預測和分析，這將有助於商業決策。
作為助理經理，您將負責財務報告和差異分析、預算規劃和控制、現金流量管理以及向相關外部機構和當局報告。
您將為財務營運團隊提供全套帳目準備和每月帳目結算方面的支援以及稅務方面的技術支持
提供法定審計和稅務事務方面的技術支援。
負責預算和現金流管理。
此人
