contracts;
2. Developing Legal framework & Policies & creating awareness for their compliance
within the organization & developing risk mitigation strategies;
3. Assist in regulatory compliance and meetings with various regulatory authorities
and drafting appropriate representations ensuring compliance with all applicable
laws to the organization;
4. Keep abreast with the changes in applicable laws and legal and regulatory
requirements in relevant industry;
5. Creating a database of standard templates of NDA/contracts/MOU etc.
6. Able to solve day-to-day legal problems of a fast-paced customer-facing business
7. Formulating and implementing the company’s policies while enabling quick scaling
of the business;
8. Experience in handling court matters including consumer cases;
