We are a leading provider of dehumidification and environment control solutions, specializing in the manufacturing of dehumidifiers, dryers, chillers, air purifiers, and related equipment.
Responsibilities:
1. Travel to customer sites to perform equipment Testing & Commissioning according to design conditions, service & repair, and provide customer support. This may involve up to 75% of time spent on-site, with additional support provided remotely.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct malfunctions in electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct equipment training sessions for customers to ensure optimal usage and performance.
4. Provide technical feedback by submitting detailed field service reports.
5. Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, both in person and in writing.
6. Assist in promoting Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services and indirectly contribute to sales of company products.
Requirements:
1. Based at the Johor Service Centre in Masai.
2. Experience in Electrical Control Panel & Power Panel is essential.
3. Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Chargeman (AO), IKM, or equivalent qualification.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical work is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, willingness to learn, and resourcefulness are highly valued.
6. Proficient in spoken and written English.
7. Must have own transportation.
8. Willingness to travel outstation, including to Singapore, when required.
