Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or live chat, and provide accurate information or assistance.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rate, and adherence to schedule.
- Stay updated on product or service offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM graduate and proficient with both English & Chinese languages.
- Possessed experiences in customer service line, preferably in Call Centre.
Working hours:
- 5.5 days, fixed morning shift
