Pros: I appreciated the exposure to diverse iGaming projects and the collaborative spirit among developers. The team was always willing to help each other out. There's a decent level of autonomy in daily tasks, and leadership does try to foster a positive environment. Working remotely was also a big plus.
Cons: Sometimes, project requirements could be vague, leading to rework. The pace can be demanding, and feedback loops from management weren't always as timely as we'd hoped. I also felt career progression paths could be more clearly defined for technical roles.
Advice to Management: Enhance communication channels between departments and project leads. More structured career development plans would be highly beneficial for employee retention and motivation.
