Pros: I really enjoyed the technical aspects of the projects I worked on. The team was always willing to help and collaborate, which made problem-solving much easier. The leadership team, while busy, was generally receptive to ideas. The company provides a solid foundation for early to mid-career IT professionals looking to gain experience in various software development domains.
Cons: The main drawback for me was the compensation and benefits package. While not terrible, it didn't quite keep pace with industry averages for software engineers in the São Paulo region. Opportunities for structured career advancement were also a bit unclear at times, requiring proactive self-advocacy. Some project timelines felt ambitious, leading to occasional overtime.
Advice to Management: Consider benchmarking compensation and benefits more regularly against the local tech market to retain talent. Also, clearer career path definitions would be beneficial for employees.
