Company Summary

Company Overviews

The Mozer company has become a major player in its two activities, namely company removals and the transportation and logistics of fragile equipment.

Today, the Mozer group can count on a loyal and motivated team of more than 100 people and a fleet of about fifty vehicles.

REMOVALS:

The MOZER company offers a wide range of removals services.

MOZER is traditionally recognized in the office removals sector, but also handles the transportation of priceless furniture and works of art.

In this way, we differentiate ourselves from basic removals services, and our way of working reflects our commitment to customers, namely to offer them added value. We can ensure only the whole of those operations which, if necessary, call upon partners within the context of specific operations.

TRANSPORT

Due to its experience and its available resources, Mozer Belux is the leader in fragile and high tech transport for BeLux.

Since January 2009, Mozer Belux has been a shareholder of the company TENESO SE (Technical Network Solutions). This European company has its head office in Germany and combines 12 companies scattered around Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, the U.K., Sweden, The Netherlands, Austria).

The activity of this group is centered on the transport and logistics of fragile and high tech material.

Good Team Environment and Remote Work Options
Pros: I really appreciate the collaborative spirit here; my colleagues in the software development team are fantastic and always willing to help. The company provides a good level of work flexibility, with generous remote work policies that make balancing personal life much easier. It's a stable environment within the French tech sector, and I feel my contributions are valued. The onboarding process was smooth too.
Cons: While the base pay is competitive for the region, the benefits package could be more robust compared to larger tech firms. Sometimes, communication from upper management about long-term strategy can be a bit vague, which can lead to uncertainty for the development teams. Projects can occasionally feel a bit slow-paced due to resource allocation.
Advice to Management: Consider enhancing the benefits package and providing clearer, more frequent updates on company direction to keep everyone aligned and motivated. Exploring more advanced training for the software team could also be beneficial.
