Solid remote work flexibility with occasional project hurdles
Pros: The biggest perk is definitely the work flexibility. As a remote employee, I had a great deal of autonomy over my schedule, which really helped balance personal life. The teams are generally supportive and collegial, making day-to-day collaboration enjoyable. They seem to foster a positive company culture among the immediate colleagues.
Cons: Project management could be more streamlined. Sometimes scope creep or shifting priorities led to crunch times that weren't ideal. Career growth opportunities felt a bit opaque; advancement wasn't always tied to performance and seemed to rely on tenure or specific visibility. Pay and benefits are competitive but not outstanding.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer project roadmaps and provide more transparent guidance on career progression paths for engineers and consultants. Investing in better project management tools could also make a difference.
