Pros: I really appreciated the collaborative atmosphere and the opportunities to learn new technologies. My colleagues were always willing to help out, and the remote work flexibility was a huge plus. I felt challenged in my role as a Software Engineer and was able to grow my skills considerably in the tech industry.
Cons: Sometimes felt out of the loop regarding company strategy and major decisions, which made it hard to align my work perfectly. The approval processes for certain initiatives could also be a bit slow, delaying progress on projects. More direct communication from leadership about the future would be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Improve transparency regarding company direction and strategic planning. Clearer communication channels with middle management would help disseminate information more effectively and ensure everyone is aligned.
