Pros: I really liked the flexibility as a Graphic Designer; being remote from home was a huge plus. My immediate team was great and we had solid collaboration on digital design projects. There's a lot of trust given.
Cons: The overall company culture can feel a bit disconnected since everyone's so spread out. It's sometimes tough to feel part of a bigger picture when you rarely interact beyond your direct team. Communication between departments isn't always smooth.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-functional interaction and invest in better virtual team-building initiatives. It would help the remote company culture feel more cohesive.
