Job Description
- Manage and maintain technical documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of engineering documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and update document control processes to maintain compliance.
- Organise and archive historical and current engineering records.
- Support the technology department with documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in document management.
- Generate reports and maintain logs for document control activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Engineering Document Controller should have:
- Experience in document control or a related field, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- RedEye or Meridian experience mandatory
- Proficiency in document management systems and relevant software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
- A proactive approach to maintaining and improving document control processes.
