We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project on a contract basis, commencing early to mid-October.
This is a head office-based position suited to an experienced Document Controller who is confident managing project documentation across a fast-paced engineering, procurement and construction environment.
About The Role
- Manage and maintain project documentation and document registers.
- Upload, distribute and control project documentation in line with established processes.
- Ensure documents are correctly version controlled and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up outstanding documentation.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction and project teams to ensure documentation is kept up to date.
- Support general document control and project administration requirements.
About you:
- Previous experience working as a Document Controller within a project environment.
- Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures.
- TeamBinder experience is essential.
- Construction, engineering or wind/renewable energy experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced EPC project environment.
What's on offer:
- $450 - $500 per day + super (dependant on experience)
