Pros: The best part about Refactor is definitely the people you work with. My colleagues are smart, supportive, and genuinely interested in helping each other succeed. Project variety keeps things fresh, and there's usually a good opportunity to learn new technologies. The remote work setup is great for flexibility and maintaining a good work-life balance.
Cons: While the base salary is competitive for a software engineering role in the current tech market, I do feel that the overall benefits package could be enhanced. Specifically, exploring better health insurance options or adding more robust retirement matching would make a significant difference. Some approval processes can also be a bit slow at times.
