Pros: The team culture at Renascent is really the standout feature. Everyone is collaborative and willing to help each other out, which makes tackling complex projects much easier. I learned a lot during my tenure, especially with the exposure to different clients and technologies. The hybrid work setup in the Toronto office was very convenient.
Cons: While generally good, there were times when communication between departments could be a bit slow, leading to minor delays on some tasks. Also, some of the internal processes for project management could be streamlined for better efficiency, especially when onboarding new team members.
Advice to Management: Consider investing more in cross-departmental communication tools and training to ensure smoother workflows. Streamlining project onboarding could also benefit new hires and overall team productivity.
