Pros: The best part has been the exposure to different projects and technologies within the data science and software development space. Management is approachable, and colleagues are usually willing to help out. The company culture is quite collaborative, which makes it easy to learn and grow, especially for junior roles. There's a good opportunity for hands-on experience.
Cons: While work flexibility is decent, especially for remote roles, there can be occasional pressure during critical project phases. Career growth can sometimes feel a bit slow for non-managerial individual contributors if specialized paths aren't clearly defined. Pay and benefits are average for the Ajmer tech scene, could be more competitive.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer career progression paths for individual contributors and more competitive compensation packages to retain talent.
