Pros: I really enjoyed the technical challenges involved in creating high-fidelity simulation experiences for heavy machinery operators. The work environment in Durban felt collaborative, especially within my direct engineering team. There's a definite sense of pride in the complex systems we build. The industry itself is fascinating and offers unique problems to solve.
Cons: Sometimes, project priorities felt a bit fluid, leading to shifting deadlines without always clear communication. Documentation could also be more robust.
